Mountaineering Training

I am currently training for 2 more trips surviving in the wild jungles of Malaysia. Well not really, truth is. Just one trip. Mount Kinabalu doesn't count.  But nevertheless, its still gonna play with your mental strength however fit you are.  I have been on and off training since my last trip to Yong Yap, Bubu and Tok Nenek, (i will post that blog one day).  Strength can be build over time. And over time too you can benefit by getting into the best shape in your life! Even 200grams count!  Day6- I am resting. 5 days of pushing myself to workout. Keep reminding myself of the potential wet, cold, strenuous climbs I registered myself in November (Trans Titiwangsa V1) and worst of all, the more experienced and faster hikers; fellow mountaineers.
